What is Foundation 5 Million (F5m)?

F5m has been established to give people with MS the opportunity to assist through direct contributions or by their own fundraising efforts to play a leading role in finding a cure for MS.

While the ultimate goal of $5m sounds lofty it can be achieved if, for example, 2,000 people from the MS community raise $2,500 each!

F5m would like to acknowledge the following companies for their support and expertise in our cause to find a cure for MS:
